COMPANY HISTORY

Kitchens by TedRon was established in 1975 by Ted Bair Sr. (deceased) &  Ron Hedges, and began its' retail Kitchen &  Bath business at 123 Baltimore St. in Hanover, Pa.
A few years later, Ron Hedges and son Dan, continued on as "Kitchens by TedRon" (many times referred to as TedRon Kitchens). Because of space restriction at the 123 Baltimore St Showroom, the business was eventually moved to its present Littlestown location where shop and storage facilities, as well as Showroom could be at the same location, with plenty of room for expansion. In "2000" our wood graining service was added to accommodate the "antique car" market, which Ron and Dan both have strong interest.
Several expansions followed to accommodate the growth of the Kitchen and Bath Business. The market radius expanded to include York and Adams Counties in PA, as well as Carroll County in Md. Occasionally, we do projects in other states; New York, New Jersey, Virginia, W. Virginia, Delaware, N. Carolina, Illinois and Florida.
Our company has always offered high quality, mid range products to the "New Home" as well as the "Remodeling"  Markets.
In the early 1980's, "Higher End" products were included to accommodate an increasing demand. That inclusion put us in a position to properly serve "Medium" and "High End" client projects as well as being able to accommodate the "Contractor" and "Do-It-Yourselfer" with very competitively priced semi-custom products and still offer excellent warranty and high quality level.
In the early 2000's, we began producing a line of specialized commercial custom cabinetry designed for use by the military and is used all over the country as well as many locations out of this country.
Even though owner, Ron Hedges has been designing custom kitchens since the early 1960's, he decided to pursue the necessary additional education required for certification. After testing, he received Certifications in Kitchen Design (CKD) and Bath Design (CBD), he later acquire the additional education credits required to achieve the "Master" certification in both (CMKBD), as issued by the NATIONAL KITCHEN & BATH ASSOCIATION.
